Surender Hastir, MAHEP (Member of the Association of Higher Education Professionals [UK]), is a higher education strategist and certified UNESCO IIEP Independent Appraiser of Government Education Plans. With advanced training from institutions including Harvard, MIT, Oxford, IMF, and WIPO, he brings global expertise in leadership, governance, and academic planning. Mr. Hastir is an active member of the Academic Council on the United Nations System, the International Leadership Association, and the American Association of University Administrators, and is affiliated with the American Economic Association and the National Press Club, Washington, DC. As the creator of Quick March Smart Search & Reference, he has pioneered innovative tools for knowledge access, serving students and institutions worldwide.
