- The Lamborghini Temerario factory test driver showcases the dynamic qualities of the super sports car.
Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy, April 12, 2025 — The Lamborghini Temerario is the only production super sports car capable of reaching 10,000 rpm. Lamborghini Factory Driver Andrea Caldarelli demonstrated this remarkable feat on the Misano Adriatico circuit. Caldarelli stars in the video “The Red Zone,” which highlights the performance features of the new Temerario and emphasizes the essential physical preparation needed to tackle demanding endurance races.
The new hybrid powertrain features a twin-turbo V8 engine, which has been designed and developed from the ground up, paired with three electric motors. This combination delivers a total power output of 920 CV. The performance is exceptional, with the ability to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.7 seconds and a top speed of 343 km/h.
The ability to achieve such high rpm is partly due to technical solutions inspired by motorsport.
