The prestigious event unfolded at the renowned Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), a stunning backdrop for a night where the brightest stars from the worlds of fashion, film, and entertainment captivated onlookers with their extraordinary designs on the vibrant red carpet. This annual gala celebrated the groundbreaking achievements of artist Simone Leigh, known for her influential works that challenge traditional narratives, and filmmaker Baz Luhrmann, celebrated for his visually arresting cinematic style. The evening was expertly co-chaired by the stylish Eva Chow and the iconic Leonardo DiCaprio, adding a touch of glamour and star power to the already enchanting festivities.

At the 13th annual event presented by Gucci, several celebrities were in attendance, including Kim Kardashian, Colman Domingo, Andrew Garfield, Laura Dern, Ricky Martin, Omar Apollo, Nicholas Hoult, Jennifer Tilly, Matt Friend, Lisa Ann Walter, Kaia Gerber, Cooper Koch, Nicholas Alexander Chavez, Chloe Sevigny, Javier Bardem, Viola Davis, Anna Kendrick, Sarah Paulson, John David Washington, Dev Patel, and Eliza González.
Baz Luhrmann was recognized with this year’s prestigious film award, a moment made even more special as Anna Wintour presented the honor. In a celebration of artistic excellence, sculptor Simone Leigh was also celebrated with the art award, awarded by the esteemed attorney and social justice advocate Bryan Stevenson.
The event dazzled with glamour, thanks to Gucci, the presenting partner, which set the perfect backdrop for the evening. Sabato De Sarno, the brand’s innovative creative director, unveiled his latest designs and runway creations, captivating the audience. The star-studded guest list included iconic figures such as Kim Kardashian, renowned actress Laura Dern, rising star Eiza González, and pop sensation Charli XCX, all adding to the evening’s allure.
